The WordPress Guy

G'day, I'm Tony

16+ years in the WordPress trenches. Obsessed with AI. Allergic to hype.

Why I built the Hub

I've spent over 16 years building, fixing and rescuing WordPress websites — through every theme trend, every plugin disaster, every "this changes everything" moment. When AI arrived, I went all in: testing the tools, building my own, and figuring out what actually helps a website owner versus what just burns time and money.

I am obsessed with AI & WordPress, and I wanted a place to share far more than I ever could in public — the real workflows, the honest tool verdicts, the stuff I use on my own sites and client sites every day.

That place is the WP AI Success Hub.

How I work

What you can expect from me

🧪 I test first

Before a tool gets recommended in the Hub, it's been run on my own sites. When something hyped turns out to be junk — or an outright scam — I say so, by name.

🗣️ Plain English

No jargon, no gatekeeping. If a beginner asks a question on a call, they get a beginner-friendly answer — and the method behind it, so next time they can do it themselves.

🛠️ Hands on, live

I don't do slide decks. I share my screen, open your site, and we fix the thing together. That's how people actually learn this stuff.

Beyond the Hub

Builder as well as teacher

I don't just review other people's tools — I build my own. That includes Novamira, a plugin that connects AI assistants like Claude and Codex directly to any WordPress website, plus custom Claude skills and utilities that Hub members get access to.

When you join, you're not getting curated links from someone who read about AI on Twitter. You're getting the working notes of someone who lives in this stuff every day.

Come say hi on the next call

Join the Hub, introduce yourself, and bring a question — I'll see you there.
